Montclare is a specialist advocate and deals with the full range of employment law matters making employment law claims and defending employment law claims on behalf of his clients. He graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law and has been recognised as a competent advocate by the Bar Council.

Important cases
Jideofo v Doves Solicitors UKET/2331581/2008/E: 3 Day Hearing. Argued successfully that claimant was not an employee or owed all wages claimed and saved client £145,000 in compensation.
Syl-Turay v Imperial College Healthcare Trust UKET/3302609/2009: Successful in arguing that appropriate steps had not been taken to ensure that claimant client was redeployed.
Aremu v Kings College NHS Foundation Trust UKET/2303722/2009 Convinced tribunal that client had the basis of a case for a claim under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
Aziz v Mays Nurses Care Agency UKET/2340025/2009 Triumphant in defending client against a claim for £4322.50 under the Minimum Wage Act 1998.
Catherine Gilbert v Kent Police UKET/1102062/2008/B Montclare Campbell appeared as Catherine Gilbert's advocate at Ashford Employment Tribunal in a 5 day trial between 9 - 15 March 2010. This important case concerned Ms Gilbert's disability discrimination claim against the respondent, particularly focusing on whether the force had made reasonable adjustments in relation to Ms Gilbert's spasmodic dysphonia and depression, as regards specifically reduction in pay and its unsatisfactory attendance procedure amongst other heads of claim. Reserved judgment.
